How will my product be delivered?

All orders are sent with Castle Parcels who offer a fast and reliable service within New Zealand. They have a wonderful tracking system so we always know where our parcels are. If you like, we can email you your tracking number so that you may be able to track your package online within transit. All packages sent within New Zealand are sent with the requirement for signature on delivery. If you find it more convenient for courier items to be left in the mailbox, you can specify that signature is not required. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for items that go missing when the signature on delivery option has been cancelled by the customer.

Please use a physical address, as Castle Parcels can not deliver to a PO Box.

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of placing it. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure it is met. The majority of the time we will get the order out the next day.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

Here at The Mohair Store we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and not hide anything away in the cupboard because the colour wasn’t right or it just didn’t suit the room as you thought it would.

So, if you are not 100% satisfied (regardless of your reason) you can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund (this only applies to full priced purchases), along with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure you use a tracking service as you are responsible for the returned item. Goods must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging.

Whoops! And in the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange return and replacement delivery.

The Mohair Store does not collect or store any credit card information. The Mohair Store will not share your personal information with any other third party. We will never disclose your email address or any other personal information to any third party.
