NZ remains at high alert levels due to the ongoing Delta situation, from 1st September 2021 we can start to dispatch orders but our Christchurch retail store remains closed and will only reopen once we move down to Alert Level 2.  Thank you for your patience,  take care & stay safe.

So what does Alert Level 3 mean for The Mohair Store?

OUR ONLINE STORE - At Alert Level 4 we are unable to dispatch orders but since moving to Alert Level 3

OUR CHRISTCHURCH RETAIL STORE - Our Christchurch retail store is remains closed under Alert Level 3 and 4, we can only re-open once we reduce down to Alert Level 2.  So please use our online shop if you wish to purchase, our local discount code GOAT (this is only valid for click and collect orders or delivery within Christchurch/Canterbury) and then you can continue to enjoy our in-store pricing.  


All our website orders will be processed and collected as usual by our courier service. Within New Zealand, we use Post Haste/Castle Parcels and if you would like to find out more about their contactless service please click here.  There are currently delays within NZ as we come out of Alert Level 4 and the couriers are working through the backlogs as quickly as they can, so please be patient,
