OUR CHRISTCHURCH RETAIL STORE - Our Christchurch retail store is currently operating reduced hours as we navigate our new 'normal' and we do still ask if you are feeling unwell please shop from home, if you are in-store please be mindful of others and practice physical distanding and sign in using the QR code on the door. We will still be offering our click and collect option for all purchases made via our website. Please use our local discount code GOAT (this is only valid for click and collect orders or delivery within Christchurch/Canterbury) and then you can continue to enjoy our in-store pricing.

If you are unwell or you don't feel like coming instore we are still available for virtual shopping, think FaceTime, Messenger Video Chats or Zoom, you choose and we'll make it work.
All our website orders will be processed and collected as usual by our courier service. Within New Zealand, we use Post Haste/Castle Parcels and if you would like to find out more about their contactless service please click here. There are no delays within NZ and once the orders are picked up they are getting delivered with 1-2 days (please allow an extra day if you are a rural delivery customer).
