Exchange and Refund Policy

 

What are your returns/exchange policy?

Here at The Mohair Store we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and not hide anything away in the cupboard because the colour wasn’t right or it just didn’t suit the room as you thought it would.

So, if you are not 100% satisfied (regardless of your reason) you can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund (this only applies to full priced purchases), along with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure you use a tracking service as you are responsible for the returned item. Goods must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging.

Seconds/specials/end of lines. Please select carefully as these are not eligible for return or exchange. We will, of course, meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

What if I've been sent the wrong item?

Whoops! And in the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and replacement delivery.
