JANUARY 2021 UPDATE: We are back processing & dispatching all our online orders. Our retail store in Christchurch is having a longer break and will re-open on the 1st February 2021.
All our website orders will be processed and collected as usual by our courier service. Within New Zealand, we use Post Haste/Castle Parcels and if you would like to find out more about their contactless service please click here. Currently we are experiencing no delays within NZ and once the orders are picked up they are getting delivered with 1-2 days (please allow an extra day if you are a rural delivery customer).
All orders are sent with Castle Parcels who offer a fast and reliable service within New Zealand. They have a wonderful tracking system so we always know where our parcels are. Once your order is processed you will be sent an automated email with your tracking number. All packages sent within New Zealand are sent with the requirement for a signature on delivery. If you find it more convenient for courier items to be left in the mailbox, you can specify that signature is not required. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for items that go missing when the signature on delivery option has been canceled by the customer.
Please use a physical address, as Castle Parcels can not deliver to a PO Box.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing it. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure it is met. If your order is received before lunchtime and we have the item in stock (99% of the time) then we will aim to get your order in the courier on the same day.
Orders sent to a South Island address will be delivered overnight, but please allow an extra day for a rural delivery adress.
Order sent to the North Island will be delivered within 2 days, please allow an extra day for a rural delivery address.
We use NZ Post for our international shipping and our usual service is 2-6 days for a tracked courier but with the continual impact from COVID-19 there are delays and this is the latest message from NZ/Australia Post
