All orders are sent with Castle Parcels who offer a fast and reliable service within New Zealand. They have a wonderful tracking system so we always know where our parcels are. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. All packages within New Zealand are sent with the requirement for a signature on delivery. If you find it more convenient for courier items to be left in the mailbox, you can specify that a signature is not required.
Please use a physical address, as Castle Parcels can not deliver to a PO Box.
All orders are dispatched between 1-3 days, our courier collects on a Tuesday and a Thursday.
Once your order is with our courier, you can expect an overnight delivery for any South Island addresses or a 2-day delivery for North Island, Please allow an extra day or two for all rural delivery addresses.
We use NZ Post for all our deliveries to Australia. Our aim is to dispatch all your orders within 1-3 working days and shipping will take 2-6 days (depending on your location in Australia).
Due to rising costs and delays, we now only send within New Zealand and to Australia.
