TERMS + CONDITIONS FOR OUTLET STORE

• We don't offer any holds, exchanges, or refunds for products listed on this page, we will, of course, meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
• Some of the products listed are seconds and have slight faults, some are samples & some are end of season/ex-display.
• Afterpay and/or discount codes are not available for outlet store items.
• Outlet sales are only for New Zealand sales.

Also, there is a slight chance that the website might show the item available but it's just been sold in our Christchurch retail store, in this case, we will email you straight away and ask you if you would like a full refund or to pick another item.
